Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited

Products & Services
The Society is multipurpose by design. Member capital is not confined to residential housing — it is deployed across eight lines, so that no single market cycle determines the whole portfolio.
- 01
Housing & Property
Residential schemes and property holdings developed for and with members.
- 02
Holiday & Tourism
Leisure and hospitality assets held within the Society's portfolio.
- 03
Institutional Real Estate
Larger-scale holdings serving organisations rather than households.
- 04
Warehousing
Logistics and industrial storage capacity across the Territory.
- 05
Household & Auto Financing
Cooperative credit for household assets and vehicle acquisition.
- 06
Project Financing
Pooled member capital deployed into vetted development projects.
- 07
Digital Cooperative Platform
Member records, slot holdings and contributions administered online.
- 08
Recreational, Storage & Office Space
Commercial and community space held and let by the Society.
Target Market & Expansion
Two routes to membership, sequenced rather than pursued at once. The first is the founding cohort; the second widens access once the schemes and the credit machinery behind them are proven.
Primary
Secondary
Expansion is paced by demand, resource availability and project viability.
Corporate Social Responsibility
A social-impact component is built into the Society's operating model.
The initial focus is vocational training for housewives, women and teenagers — supporting skills development, household resilience and community inclusion alongside the Society's broader development mandate.
How to Join
Four steps, in order. The Society is at the point of constituting its founding cohort of two hundred members.
- 01
Pay the registration fee
A one-time payment of ₦20,000 opens your membership file.
- 02
Commit to monthly dues
₦10,000 monthly as an investing member, or ₦50,000 as a non-investor member.
- 03
Choose your holding
Take between 100 and 10,000 ownership slots, or join on the non-investor tier.
- 04
